  • Crunchboxes: 1 year
  • Coolers, Flasks, and Accessories: 6 months

Refunds

Refunds are only applicable for operational issues with the product. Scratches or cosmetic changes do not guarantee a refund. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund or replacement. If approved, your refund or replacement will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a few days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. Contact your bank, as there is often processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@mycrunchbox.com.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they have not been used or are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, email us with an image at info@mycrunchbox.com and send your item to: 20 Invermark Crescent, Cape Town, Western Cape, ZA 8001.

Please note that the cost of returning an item for exchange to our office remains with the customer.

Important Note

We will not refund or exchange a Crunchbox if it has been placed in the dishwasher.
