We offer a door-to-door courier service managed by our third-party partner, Bobgo, integrated into our backend system.

Address Accuracy

The address you provide at checkout is automatically shared with the respective courier company. Crunch is not responsible for any errors in address details entered by the customer.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are determined by the weight of your parcel and the destination address. We have three zonal areas: local, inter-city, and regional. The exact cost will be calculated at checkout.

Free shipping applies for orders over R1200 within RSA.

Shipping Times

• Non-personalised Orders: 4-6 working days.
• Personalised Orders: 12-15 working days.

Tracking Your Order

Once a waybill has been created, you will receive an email with the waybill number to manage your delivery directly.

Pargo Orders
If your order is shipped via Pargo and remains uncollected after 7 days, it will be returned to our offices. Please note that resending the order will incur additional shipping costs, which will be charged to the customer.
